Campaign Summary

You successfully created your fist campaign, let’s have a look at campaign summary dashboard. This is the dashboard where you will see a summary of all the galleries associated with this campaign. Here, you can edit each gallery, duplicate galleries or check the number of devices in use.

Event name 

Name of the event you created, (keep short and easy to remember).
If you are going to have a lot of clients or events, marking each campaign with an easy to remember name will allow you to keep your dashboard organised.

 

Event URL

This is the URL for your mini gallery page where all photos, GIFs and videos are uploaded. You can use this Event URL for social media promotion or for embedding to your own site.

 

Number of devices

Summary of the number of devices in use: iPads or Tablets.

Number of galleries

This is the number of galleries associated with this particular campaign.
If you have five gallery pages under one campaign, this number will be five.

 

Summary of photos

Here you will see the summary of photos allocated to this gallery.

 

Duplicate your event.

This is a great feature to use if you have more than one activation under the same campaign. This feature allows you to duplicate previously used galleries with the same settings. If needed, you can edit each aspect at a later time or leave it as it is.
Example:
You are running activation for Summer Camp in Ireland in five different locations: Dublin, Cork, Belfast, Limerick, and Galway. You would only need to create one campaign (Summer Camp) and one gallery (Dublin). Then, you only need to duplicate the Dublin gallery and change the name accordingly to the new location.

Edit

By clicking the edit button you can change the settings of this specific gallery.
