Gallery Settings Overview:
To change the settings in an individual gallery, go to Gallery & Photos, then scroll down to the Settings section. When this section opens, you will see a large red notification stating that your gallery is not public. At this stage, don’t worry about this. Below, it will explain how to switch the gallery on to live.
Change Gallery Name:
If you wish to change gallery name, you can customise your text here.
If you decided you want to call each gallery by date, you can easily change the name from DAY1 to THURSDAY.
Change Gallery URL:
In this section, you can customize the gallery URL. You can change from snapp.ie/firstevent/DAY1 to snapp.ie/firstevent/THURSDAY
Change Gallery Date:
If your event is postponed you can change the times in Gallery Settings under the Day Of Activation section.
Change Gallery Timezone:
If your event location has changed, you can update your Gallery settings by going to the Location section.
Making Gallery LIVE:
This is the most important part of Gallery settings. First, you MUST switch on Gallery to LIVE, otherwise, your gallery won’t be visible. At the beginning of the tutorial you saw Attention information that appears in the top of the Gallery settings. This notification will disappear as soon as the LIVE switch is on.

Event Kind: Photo, Video or GIF
Under this section you can decide if you want to set up your activation as Photo, Video or GIF. Depending on the user’s rights and purchase of the licence, you will have rights to set up activation’s. In some situations you will need to contact your account manager to give you special rights to access Video or GIF.

If you are running photo activation, these are the correct Gallery Settings.
Event Kind: Video
If you run a Video activation and you can’t switch between Photo & Video tabs, please contact our customer service team. A member of our team will give you access rights to create your Video activation.
If you run two activations for the campaign (photo, video), you will need to set up two separate galleries :
In each gallery you need to change the settings of the kind of event you wish to run.

Gallery B – Photo

After you have your settings ready, you need to make sure to assign different Device Keys to each gallery, click here to see how to add Device Keys.
Event Kind: GIF
If you are running GIF activation please contact with customer service to assign you rights to use this feature.
If you are happy with your set up, SAVE settings.
You can delete your gallery by going to Gallery setting scrolling down and clicking Delete.
To delete the gallery you need to make sure this gallery is empty, having no photos, videos or gifs. If the gallery is full, first delete content from photos tab. Click here to see how to delete photos.
